Claude Moraes MEP responds to suggestions in media reports that the Danish Prime Minister, Anders Fogh Rasmussen would be a good candidate for the future role of President of the European Council. Claude suggests that upon a closer examination of his domestic record particularly on the harsh Danish immigration laws that  perhaps Mr Rasmussen could be a divisive figure in a role intended to provide unity.
